My Story
Artaska is a soulful violinist whose genre-defying sound blends classical elegance with contemporary soul, creating performances that are both cinematic and deeply moving. Known for her signature fusion of refinement and raw emotion, she reimagines the violin as a powerful voice in modern music—where timeless tone meets modern rhythm.
A Wisconsin native with Southern roots, Artaska began playing the violin at just four years old. Recognized early for her gift, she trained with the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra and quickly developed a distinctive voice that would carry beyond traditional classical boundaries. In 2016, she released her debut album Coffee, with music later featured in multiple web series, including placements that transitioned to television.
In 2020, she released her EP Spontaneous, with the title track rising to #37 on the Smooth Jazz charts—marking her growing presence in contemporary instrumental music. Her artistry seamlessly blends classical discipline with modern expression, creating an immersive and emotionally rich listening experience.
Artaska’s performance career has reached some of the most celebrated stages in entertainment. In 2021, she appeared in the NFL Thanksgiving Halftime Show alongside Big Sean, performing for over 30 million viewers. She was later honored by the Detroit Pistons’ Motor City Cruise for her artistic achievements and impact. In 2023, she opened for Grammy-nominated vocalist Mikki Howard, further solidifying her place among respected performers in the industry.
In 2026, Artaska joined Grammy Award–winning icon Toni Braxton on The New Edition Way Tour, delivering a standout violin performance of “Un-Break My Heart” at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena before a sold-out audience of 20,000. Her career also includes multiple top-charting releases on Apple Music and a growing catalog that has surpassed 17 million streams worldwide.
